1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If there is a delay due to high order volume, stock issues, or other circumstances, we will notify you via email or phone.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times (U.S. Orders):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or holidays.


3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.
For international orders, please contact us before purchasing at sales@bracessupplies.us to confirm availability and shipping costs.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can use this number to track your shipment’s progress online through the carrier’s website.


5. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly first using your tracking number.
If you need further assistance, reach out to us at sales@bracessupplies.us — we’ll help resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
  • Delays caused by courier services or customs
  • Lost packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

6. Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
We’ll review your claim and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.


7. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.
Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or canceled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
